LineGuard for perimeter protection
The LineGuard perimeter security system is designed to protect the perimeter of government, industrial, infrastructure and residential facilities from unauthorized entry by third parties.
The sensing element is a triboelectric cable, which is installed on the controlled engineering means (fence/fence). The smart detector generates and transmits an alarm notification in case of mechanical impact on the sensitive element and/or elements of structures on which it is installed.
In case of an attempt to climb over, lean on a ladder or destroy a fence, the sensitive element is deformed. At this moment, electrical charges are generated in the triboelectric cable, which are analyzed by the detector.
The advantage of such a system is the possibility of early detection of an intruder, before he appears at the protected object.
With the automatic sensitivity adjustment function, LineGuard LG-01 and LG-02 detectors recognize tens of thousands of different scenarios (rain, wind, snow, train and others) and automatically, without personnel involvement, adjust the sensitivity scenario, minimizing the number of false alarms.
Simple integration with new and existing alarm systems allows LineGuard to be connected quickly without additional hardware and software.
INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM and LineGuard
LineGuard can be easily integrated with existing security systems, including access control and management systems (ACS), video surveillance and alarm systems.
Triboelectric cable placed on the monitored fence acts as a sensitive element of the system. Mats of triboelectric cable, installed hidden in the ground outside and/or inside the protected object, allow even earlier and more effective detection of an intrusion attempt even in areas without fencing.
LineGuard intelligent detectors “LG-01” and “LG-02” register an attempted intrusion and send an alarm signal to the guard post.
Video analytics system allows you to instantly see and record what is happening on the perimeter area where LineGuard was triggered. An efficient algorithm for processing events from triboelectric cable allows minimizing the number of false alarms, reducing the burden on the security service.

Optimal variant for the formation of short detection zones on the object (every 100-600 meters). The system is based on intelligent detectors of the “LG-01 LineGuard” series. One detector is designed for connection of one sensitive element of triboelectric cable up to 600 meters long (in case of linear laying of the sensitive element).

MAXIMUM BENEFIT FOR LONG OBJECTS
Ideally solves the problem of protection of long objects – perimeter length over 3000 meters. It is based on the detector “LG-02 LineGuard”, which allows connecting two sensing elements made of triboelectric cable up to 1500 meters long each (in case of linear laying of the sensing element).

Triboelectric detector “LG-01 LineGuard”
Model of the triboelectric detector “LG-01 LineGuard” for protection of a non-long perimeter, designed for connection of one sensitive element (triboelectric cable) up to 600 m long. The function of the triboelectric sensor is to process the parameters of the signal coming from the deformation of the sensitive element, generate and transmit to the security station an alarm notification of the detection of unauthorized entry to the object.

Details
The detector “LG-01 LineGuard” is a self-learning device with built-in adaptive sensitivity mechanism and computerized test unit. The device automatically optimizes the sensitivity to the highest possible level during most of the operating time without affecting the false alarm rate. The user manually selects the minimum sensitivity threshold level and the adaptive adjustment mechanism will raise it to the optimal value according to the system noise environment.
The detector includes a power regulator that operates over a wide range of input voltages.
Triboelectric detector “LG-02 LineGuard”
Ideal solution for protection of a long object. Triboelectric detector “LG-02 LineGuard” allows connecting two sensing elements made of triboelectric cable up to 1500 m long each.
The triboelectric detector is available in two modifications differing in the type of connection to integrated security systems:
- connection using relay contacts (relay output);
- computer-oriented version allows to connect detectors, perform remote adjustment and monitoring via RS-485 interface.

Details
The function of the detector “LG-02 LineGuard” is to register the signal arising in the triboelectric cable when it is deformed, to generate and transmit an alarm signal about unauthorized intrusion into the object.
The adaptive operation of the detector is based on microprocessor signal processing, and the presence of tens of thousands of algorithms and scenarios makes it possible to distinguish the real violation from external influencing factors (wind, rain, snow, transportation, etc.).

LineGuard series detectors use a unique triboelectric cable 2×0.35 as a sensing element.

Details
The principle of operation of the sensing element is to register electric charges arising from the friction of dissimilar dielectrics of triboelectric cable against each other.
The sensing element can be laid indoors, outdoors, in soil and water. Due to its flexibility, the cable can be positioned on the fence to avoid “dead zones”. The operating temperature range is -60…+70 °C.
